We’re born, we grow, we do not know,

in which direction life will go…

We take the stage, we stand up tall,

take our first steps – we stumble, fall.

Unafraid: we make our way,

carve our path day by day…

Setting expectations high,

excited, we reach for the sky –

spread our wings, aim for the stars –

along the way we pick up scars…

Wind and rain may slow us down:

We spiral – plummet to the ground.

Misguided we may lose our way, experience overload –

overwhelmed with options: a very stressful road.

Unwanted behaviours, negative emotion,

eradicate bad habits, embrace transformation.

Repose, reboot, reframe the scene,

release what doesn’t serve you…

Turn up positivity –

let go of the old you…

Be your perfect shape and size,

it can be yours – no compromise:

Working together in harmony,

create your perfect symphony.

Free your mind,  fill your soul –

redirect intention…

Your hopes, your dreams, your future goals –

become your own creation…

be healthier and carefree –
