Hypnotherapy
Employing the immense power of the mind through guided visualisation and suggestion, hypnotherapy induces a deep state of physical and mental relaxation, achieving a heightened state of awareness.

Here, the conscious mind is at rest, rendering the subconscious more open to therapeutic suggestions.

This process facilitates the break down of unwanted habits and behaviours, and reframes unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, ultimately creating new, positive neural pathways and unbelievable change.

Hypnosis is not mind control; it is a scientifically proven tool for personal empowerment. Misconceptions driven by Hollywood movies and stage shows often prevent people from seeking a deeply effective therapy that can change their lives.
Â
You are always in complete control during a session. Hypnosis is a natural state of trance that we all experience every day. If you daydream, get lost in a book, or get engrossed in a movie or game, you are in natural hypnosis.
Â
In our sessions, I will gently guide you into a deeper state of relaxation using my voice and soothing hypnotic music. You cannot be forced to do anything that goes against your morals, values, or will. You can speak, move, and even open your eyes at any point if you choose to.
Â
It is physically impossible to get stuck in a hypnotic state. Hypnosis is a natural, flowing state of mind. If I were to stop speaking, you would either naturally open your eyes after a few moments of silence, or drift into a brief, normal sleep and wake up refreshed.
Â
Hypnosis is a natural, collaborative process that simply requires an open mind and a willingness to participate. If you can focus on a single thought or follow simple instructions, you already have everything you need to experience the positive changes you want to make.
Everyone experiences hypnosis in a way that is personal to them. Some people experience a lightness, perhaps floating, whilst others feel heavy; some will remember every word I speak, whilst others remember very little; some will remain perfectly still, whilst others may fidget or twitch.

Everyone is an individual and your experience will be right for you - all you have to do is have an open mind and go with the flow - that is all there is to it.
